Meet Natalya Welcome! I’m Natalya, a licensed esthetician and the proud owner of Luxury Spa in Neenah, Wisconsin. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin while enhancing their natural beauty and confidence. Originally from Russia, I moved to the United States in 1990 and have proudly called Wisconsin home since 2017. My passion for skincare inspired me to pursue professional esthetics training, and I have been dedicated to continually expanding my education to provide the highest quality care for my clients. I hold advanced certifications in HydroDermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Hydro Facials, Microneedling, Lash Lifts & Tints, Body Contouring, and Chemical Peels. I am committed to staying current with the latest skincare techniques and treatments through ongoing education and professional training. I believe every client deserves personalized care because every person’s skin is unique. My goal is to create a relaxing, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in your skin. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your skincare goals.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time is important, and so is ours. We kindly ask that you respect your scheduled appointment time just as we respect yours. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Once your appointment is less than 24 hours away, the cancellation/rescheduling window has closed and a 50% fee will apply. PLEASE NOTE: If the booking system instructs you to “contact the business” after the 24-hour window has passed, this does not waive the cancellation fee and does not mean that your appointment can be canceled or rescheduled without charge. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled for another day to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment, and 50% of the scheduled service will still be charged. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and late arrival policy. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of our other clients.
